You will need:
Your herbs, candle, crystal, seeds and intention papers from this box.
 
Step 1 – Create a quiet moment
Find a calm space where you won’t be disturbed. Place your candle, herbs and crystal in front of you.
 
Step 2 – Light the candle
As you light the candle, take a deep breath and allow yourself to feel calm and present.
 
Step 3 – Release
Write something you are ready to let go of on the release paper.
When you are ready, safely tear the paper or bury it in soil as a symbol of release.
 
Step 4 – Set your intention
On the intention paper, write something you would like to grow in your life this season — peace, confidence, opportunity, healing or joy.
 
Step 5 – Plant the seeds
Plant the seeds included in your box while focusing on your intention. As the seeds grow, let them remind you that change begins with small beginnings.
 
Step 6 – Keep the crystal nearby
Place the crystal somewhere special as a reminder of your intention and the fresh energy you are inviting into your life.
